Today, ACAI Diagnostic provides a range of services including ultrasound, X-ray, elastography, and mobile ultrasound — serving individual patients as well as healthcare providers and organizations.
As we continue to grow, our goal is to expand access to diagnostic imaging while maintaining the personal and professional approach our patients have come to expect.

Founder & Principal
Curtis Mason is the Founder and Principal of ACAI Diagnostic and leads the company's continued development and expansion within the Cayman Islands.
His vision for ACAI is centered on improving access to diagnostic imaging services while creating an experience that combines professionalism, convenience, and personalized attention.
Under his leadership, ACAI Diagnostic has expanded its presence from George Town to Savannah, allowing the company to serve more communities across Grand Cayman while continuing to broaden its diagnostic imaging capabilities.
Curtis remains actively involved in the direction of the company, its service development, and ACAI's relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.
